In order to promote the deep integration and coordinated development of the university, local industry, university and research, the Party branch of the Banking Management Teaching and Research Office of the School of Finance, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and the Party branch of the Financial Work Bureau of Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone jointly carried out the theme Party Day activity on the afternoon of April 6th. Jiang Ming, Deputy Director of Management Committee of Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone, Jun Li, Deputy Director of Financial Work Bureau, Ping Wang, Party Secretary, Minggui Yu , President and Yongbin Lv, Vice President of School of Finance, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law attended the meeting. The activity was presided over by Pei Li, deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Finance College.

Minggui Yu, Dean of the School of Finance and co-director of Digital Technology and Modern Finance Innovation and Intelligence Base, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Financial Work Bureau of Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone on behalf of the School. He said that in recent years, Zhongnan University has maintained a good cooperative relationship with the High-tech Zone, which has laid a profound foundation for cooperation. He hoped that both sides could forge ahead in the future, push forward the in-depth development of the cooperation between the university and the high-tech Zone, and work together to build a closer cooperative relationship in the process of meeting challenges and seizing opportunities. President Yu said that after being selected as the third batch of "National Model Branch of Party Building Work", the Party Branch of the Bank Management Teaching and Research Office focused on the "seven strong" standards, strictly in line with the standards, the courage to reform and innovation, serious cultivation and creation, leading the development of first-class disciplines with first-class Party building, and carried out characteristic activities such as "Wenlan Financial Reading Club", "teachers and students' Party building joint construction". It is hoped that with the theme Party Day co-built by the school and the local, the cooperation between the two sides will be more fruitful in the future.

Ming Jiang, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of East Lake New Technology Development Zone, expressed his support and affirmation to the cooperation mode and achievements between the university and local areas, and said that the Financial Work Bureau will actively participate in and support the teaching, scientific research and personnel training of Zhongnan University of Finance and Finance. He hoped that the cooperation between the two sides in the financial industry, universities and research institutes could achieve more significant results and contribute their share to the construction of "Wuhan's science and technology innovation center with national influence".

In order to implement the framework of University-Local cooperation, the two sides signed the Agreement on University-Local Cooperation. Through the cooperation agreement, the two sides will build a closer cooperation relationship between the university and the city to achieve resource sharing and win-win cooperation.

Professor  Yongbin Lv, deputy Dean of the School of Finance, deputy director of Digital Technology and Modern Financial Discipline Innovation and Introduction Base, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Teaching and Research Office of Banking Management (the third batch of National Model Party Branch of Party Building Work), led all Party members to review the oath of joining the Party. With their right hands raised, all Party members expressed in solemn voices their firm political conviction to remain true to their original aspiration, remember their mission, and always follow the Party.

In the link of party building and joint construction,Sanhu Wu , Secretary of the Party Branch of the Financial Bureau, took "In-depth study and implementation of the spirit of recent important speeches and instructions of Jinping Xi General secretary" as the theme. Yongbin Lv, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Teaching and Research Office of Bank Management, took "In-depth study and implementation of the spirit of Jinping Xi's Education Conference on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era" as the theme, and Jun Li, deputy director of the Financial Services Bureau, took "In-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the Provincial Conference on Optimizing Business Environment and Promoting the spirit" as the theme, leading to convey the spirit of the latest important meeting.

During the discussion and exchange session, the two sides focused on the theme of "Modern Finance boosting the construction of Optical Valley Science and Technology Innovation Center", and carried out full exchanges and discussions from the aspects of financial regulation reform, strengthening financial investment promotion, active equity investment, optimizing the business environment, improving foreign financial ability, and strengthening talent introduction.

Finance College Party Secretary Ping Wang made a summary speech. Secretary Wang put forward three hopes to all the faculty members: First, to learn from the typical. In recent years, our college has emerged many examples of mentor, government and advice for high-quality development of high-tech zones. We should take them as a benchmark and learn from them. Second, we should sum up experience and institutionalize and standardize the cooperation mechanism. Third, we should forge ahead with a clear goal and bright future for school-local cooperation. Secretary Wang finally stressed the need to continuously provide new impetus for bilateral cooperation, promote high-quality development, and make greater contributions to "the construction of Wuhan's science and technology innovation center with national influence".

This activity is based on the joint launch of the "theme Party Day activity", with the theme of "modern finance boosting the construction of Wuhan Science and Technology Innovation Center" as the guidance of the Party construction, to promote the deep integration and collaborative development of the university and the development zone, and to contribute more wisdom to the strategic demand of "Wuhan has the national impact of science and technology innovation center construction".
