Among them, the National Natural Science Foundation project "Capital Market Innovation, Individual Investor Behavior and Market Stability - Based on the Perspective of Micro-trading Big Data" presided over by Professor Zhisheng Li, the director of the base; the National Natural Science Foundation project "Company Events, Information Advantages and Investor Transactions" presided over by Professor Dongmin Kong, a researcher at the base; the National Natural Science Foundation project "Expiration Day Effect, Market Manipulation and Information Efficiency under the Exercise and Delivery Mechanism of China's Stock Options" presided over by Associate Professor Xianming Sun, the executive deputy director of the base; the National Natural Science Foundation project "Consumption Imbalance and Risk Perception Bias under the 'Wealth Illusion': Theoretical and Empirical Research" presided over by Associate Professor Nan Gao , a researcher at the base; and the National Natural Science Foundation project "Global Game Theory and Its Application in Central Bank Liquidity Relief and Financial Regulation" presided over by Associate Professor Zhao Li, a researcher at the base, were all rated as "excellent".

Zhisheng Li, Vice President and Professor of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Director of the Innovation and Talent Base for Digital Technology and Finance.He specializes in financial innovation, financial risk management, market microstructure, and regional financial development. Professor Li has presided over multiple projects funded by the Program for Innovation and Introduction of Talents in Universities, the National Social Science Fund, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His research has been published in journals such as Economic Research, China Economic Quarterly, Journal of Financial Research, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Financial Markets.
Professor Li has received numerous awards, including the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award for Higher Education, Special First Prize of the Hubei Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, First Prize of the Sichuan Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, First Prize of the Hubei Provincial Outstanding Social Science Achievement Award, and First Prize of the Hubei Provincial Decision Support Work Outstanding Achievement Award. Dongmin Kong is a specially-appointed professor at the Wenlan Scholar Program of the School of Finance, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and a doctoral supervisor. He is also a member of the Financial Management Professional Committee of the China Association for Modernizing Management. His main research directions include financial accounting, behavioral finance, and China's capital market. He has published numerous papers in academic journals such as Economic Research, Management World, Journal of Management Sciences in China, Journal of Financial Research, China Economic Quarterly, Review of Finance, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Journal of Banking and Finance. His research focuses on financial engineering, financial technology, and related fields. His research achievements have been published in journals such as Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Energy Economics, Journal of Futures Markets, and Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics. He has been awarded the title of "Wenlan Young Scholar" by Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He has presided over two National Natural Science Foundation projects and scientific research projects funded by the basic scientific research funds of central universities. His related research won the Excellent Paper Award of the 16th China Financial Engineering Annual Conference in 2017.
Nan Gao is the vice dean and associate professor of Wenlan College at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. His research focuses on development economics, political economy, and household finance. His major research achievements have been published in journals such as Economic Research Journal, Management World, China Economic Quarterly, The Journal of World Economy, Science Research Management, The Economic Journal, Journal of Banking and Finance, China Economic Review, Review of Development Economics, Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, CITIES, etc. He has presided over a National Natural Science Foundation project and a Humanities and Social Sciences Fund project of the Ministry of Education. His research achievements have won the 8th Award for Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements of Universities for Young Scholars.
Zhao Li is an associate professor at the School of Finance, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. His main research directions are banking theory and financial regulation, and his achievements have been published in journals such as Management Science and Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control. He has presided over the general project and the youth project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (the youth project has been completed with an "excellent" rating). Li Zhao obtained a double bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from Wuhan University, a master's degree in finance and economics from Wuhan University and Toulouse School of Economics in France, and a PhD in finance from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain.
