Content Introduction
From the perspective of risk and liquidity, based on the theoretical analysis framework of asset pricing and its expansion, this book studies the changes of RMB carry trading activities and its excess rate of return and its influencing factors, and analyzes its impact on international investors' demand for RMB assets and international capital flow.

Sichong Chen is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Finance of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, a Wenlan Youth Scholar; Holds a PhD in Business Administration and Finance from Hitotsubashi University in Japan and has previously worked as a lecturer at Hitotsubashi University's School of Business Administration and as a visiting professor at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida; Worked as the Deputy General Manager of the Housing Finance and Personal Loans Department at China Construction Bank's Hubei Branch; His main research areas are international finance, asset pricing, and financial institutions.
