The 8th Academic Luncheon of the Digital Technology and Finance

Abstract:

Theories related to individual cognition and behavior science, mechanisms of behaviors from the cognitive perspective,  and behavior management based on cognitive neuroscience are important when considering individual roles at work. Using  cognitive neuroscience methods, responses of individual mental status can be analyzed. Further,  theoretical mechanisms of targeted management strategy can be explored. Taking unsafe behavior management of  construction work as the example, the cognitive neuroscience method will be introduced in this speech.

Speaker Introduction:

Xuejiao Xing is a lecturer at the School of Finance, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. She graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, majoring in Engineering Management, School of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering. From 2018 to 2020, she served as a visiting scholar in the Intelligent Construction Laboratory of the School of Architecture and Real Estate at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research interests mainly focus on individual cognitive behavior, psychological load management, etc. Her main research results have been published in SCI journals such as Automation in Construction, Advanced Engineering Informatics, etc.
