Abstract：

The paper discusses the major opportunities and challenges facing China's science and technology finance development in the context of the theme "System Modeling of Technological Innovation Risks and Financial Risk Prevention" at the Shuangqing Forum. It also reviews the relevant progress in the identification, valuation, and financial risk prevention of technological innovation risks at home and abroad, crystallizes the major key scientific problems in financial support for technological innovation, and suggests the research priorities in the field in the near future.

Speaker Introduction：

Shou Chen, a Ph.D. in Management Science, is a professor in the School of Business Administration at Hunan University. He has served as the vice president of Hunan University, a member of the Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, a member of the Social Sciences Committee of the Ministry of Education, and the editor-in-chief of Systems Engineering Journal. His main research directions include investment decision-making and risk management, credit evaluation and management, enterprise strategic management, and digital economy. He has presided over and completed innovative research group projects and major project topics funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, published more than 100 research papers in important domestic and foreign journals, and published 8 monographs and textbooks. He has won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Colleges and Universities, the first prize of Teaching Achievement Award of Hunan Province, and the Hunan Province Xu Teli Education Award.
