Speaker Introduction：

Lin Bingxuan, a doctor of finance from Georgia State University in the United States, is currently a professor of finance at the University of Rhode Island in the United States. His research areas mainly include corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, information disclosure, China's capital market, and behavioral finance. He has published more than 40 papers in leading academic journals such as Journal of Financial Research, International Review of Financial Analysis, Applied Economics, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Journal of Business & Economics Research,and Management Science. Professor Lin has taught at many prestigious domestic and foreign universities such as Harvard University, Sun Yat-sen University, and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and has served as a reviewer for Applied Economics, Corporate Governance: an International Review, Journal of Economics and Finance, Journal of International Business Studies, Finance Research Letters, Financial Review, Journal of Banking and Finance, and other international top-tier journals. He has extensive teaching and research experience and extensive academic influence. He won the Best Paper Award of Risk Management and Insurance Review (2008), the Best Paper Award of the Northeastern Decision Science Institute Conference (2006), He has won the Best Paper Award of the Journal of Insurance Issues (2004), the Best Paper Award of the Annual Meeting of the International Insurance Association (2003), and the title of "Outstanding Professor" from many well-known universities at home and abroad, such as Sun Yat-sen University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and Capital University of Economics and Business.
